Training For The 21st Century
Our mission is through our own playing experience and passion for the game, to create an elite academy of players who will know how to win at any level.
We teach the philosophies and techniques of what the pros are using today on the professional tour's. We call it " 21st Century Tennis ", as it is very different from the game that was played 10 years ago.

Tennis of the 21st Century starts with adapting to a very physical, explosive game and reprogramming your mind-set on how to move, play, compete and win. Training for specific movements, on and off the court, include rotational power, becoming airborne, torque, swinging upwards using your wrist instead of the shoulder. This all allows you to have extreme racquet head speed and maximize your cross court game.
" I first came to America because it was the epicenter of tennis," says John Eagleton, " Six years ago I realized that the European game has become more athletic, with a new strategy and off court regimen. Currently there are 10 Spaniards in the top 50 on the ATP TOUR, clearly this style of game is winning.Their modernized movement and new techniques forced me to make a 180 degree turnaround in how I was teaching the game."
This very aggressive style of tennis is based upon the concept of " not trying to win the point but to CONTROL it " if you can do it effectively then you will win the point anyway. We try to explain to our students that Tennis is not about them but about their opponent. Concentrate your energy on controlling your opponent and relieve the pressure you will feel if you are trying to WIN every point by hitting an outright winner.
Strength and Conditioning coach, Paul von Saman adds, " We have created a unique training program that builds the technical aspects of stroke production into the workouts. A balance of on court speed , beach, pool, core and individual workouts prepare each athlete to maximize their physical potential and output.
Each coach prides themselves on customizing an individual plan for each player in order to match his or her maximum potential and achieve their ultimate goal.
